RETURN POLICY

• You have up to 3 days from the date of receiving your shipment to return items purchased on oneplustwo.my.

• Returns are only accepted if the item(s) have defects caused by OnePlusTwo.

• Proof of defects must be provided in the form of a video recorded upon receiving the item.

• Returns must be made by mail only.

• Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags still attached.

• Hygiene-related products (such as socks and undergarments) cannot be returned due to hygiene policies.

• Once your returned order is received and inspected, we will proceed accordingly.

• Shipping charges, including those for returned orders, are non-refundable.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed.
